All abstracts must only be written in English and should be submitted to the interested theme(s) through the conference OxfordAbstract submission link only. No other forms of submissions are accepted.

N.B.: For the Middle Initial of your name, if not available, please use a dot (.) instead. Combined word limits are up to 300 and need to be strictly followed for abstract submission on this Oxford platform.
Abstract submission (PICO AND POSTERS) Deadlines: 31 March 2026 (For inclusion in the Proceedings and programme)
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Presentation type: Oral, Pico and Poster.
Title: Maximum 15 words.
Authors: Last Name, with first and middle Initial, if applicable;
Affiliation: Institution/Company, country with presenting /corresponding author’s email.
Abstract: Maximum 300 words with spaces, including title. A well-represented small table or Figure/Image can be inserted, but the abstract in total must not exceed one page.
Abstracts should be submitted using both the text box on the application form and uploading a Word document (both options are available on the submission site) as per the template provided below.
Recommended font is Times New Roman, 12 point in the Word document.
Keywords: Please include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords to reference the abstract.
Number of submissions: Any number of abstracts may be submitted, but please note that there will be a limit of two abstracts per presenting author (either as an oral or flash talk and a poster) at the conference.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference booklet and made available online and indexed in CABI or similar Publishers (subject to approval) for wider dissemination. The organising committee will discard submitted abstracts from participants who are not officially registered to attend the conference. Abstracts will be reviewed by the selected committee members, who are experts in that field. Acceptance of the abstract for an oral (mainly) presentation will be communicated to the submitting author by 15 APRIL 2026. If the abstract is accepted, the presenting author or registered nominee must attend the symposium to present the paper.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Please use 16:9 aspect ratio (windscreen) for your slides (PowerPoint for Windows with minimum font size 18, preferred) for presentation to utilise the full screen and save as .pptx with your last name, abstract no, and session/theme and forward to info@iscraes.org a week before the conference date.
PICO PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
For your 3-minute PICO presentation (maximum 4 slides), clearly state your research question using the PICO framework (Problem, Intervention, Comparison, and Outcome) and present your key findings and evidence-based answer. Conclude with a concise, actionable recommendation.
Your presentation slides must be submitted to the event secretariat two weeks before the conference date. A dedicated poster session (as per guidelines) will follow.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm), PORTRAIT.
To make it easily readable from >1m distance, suggested minimum font sizes are:
Title: 36 point; Name of authors: 25 point; Affiliation: 18 Point; Body minimum 1.5 spaced text: 16 point
Use strong contrasting colours and avoid pairing red and green elements.
Print a high-resolution copy.
Please bring your presentation files (ORAL and POSTER), including all media ones (embedded).
Full papers (Special Issues)
Any presenting authors who intend to publish their high-quality research works, covering the themes of the symposium as full papers, will be welcomed. We have partnered with MDPI to publish selected articles from ISCRAES 2024 and beyond as Topical Special Issue(s) in high-impact factor, peer-reviewed journals.
